What happens at a Bio Audit?
Our team visits your home to collect a fasting blood sample. Your full panel is analysed at QLabs, and your report arrives with both scores and a physician review.
Do I need to fast?
Yes. Please fast for 8 to 12 hours before each Bio Audit; water is fine. It keeps your glucose, insulin and lipid results accurate.
Can I move up to Optimize later?

What if a result is out of range?
It is listed for physician review and your doctor goes through it with you. If a follow-up test is advised, you get it at 50% off.
