Longevity Age
An estimate of how your body is ageing, from nine routine blood markers and a peer-reviewed method (Phenotypic Age, Levine et al., 2018). Unlike your calendar age, it can move in either direction.
Metabolic Health Score
How well your body handles blood sugar and fats, scored out of 100 from fasting insulin, glucose, triglycerides and HDL. It picks up strain a sugar test alone can miss.

A Bio Audit is one home blood collection and the report that comes from it. Every membership includes two: your full baseline, and a tracking Bio Audit six months later that shows what changed.
What is Longevity Age?
An estimate of how your body is ageing, calculated from nine routine blood markers and your calendar age using the published Phenotypic Age method. It is a personal benchmark to track over time, not a diagnosis.
Which membership should I choose?
Discover gives you a strong baseline and both scores. Optimize adds the deeper heart, hormone and nutrient markers most people want to act on. Evolve adds a DEXA body scan, extended kidney and urine markers, and extra doctor access.
Do I need to fast?
Yes. Please fast for 8 to 12 hours before each Bio Audit; water is fine. Fasting keeps your glucose, insulin and lipid results accurate, so your scores reflect your true baseline.
What if a result is out of range?
It is listed in your report for physician review, and your doctor goes through it with you at your included consultation. If a follow-up test is advised, members get it at 50% off.
